Training for Maths Teachers: Presentation of the book “Stratemaths”

This activity consists of two sessions, 1,5 hours each, with a lunch break in between:

• A discussion about various acitivities that can be used in a classroom setting through games

• A session for playing various games

11.00 – 12.30 Talk on activities to teach maths through games (Tavla, Mancala, Ostomachion)

12.30 – 14.00 Lunch break together

14.00 – 15.30 Playing maths games: Mancala, Eleusis (the card game on the scientific method)
