Cesco Reale (Com’média, CH)

Communicator of games and maths through universities, schools, festivals, exhibitions, workshops, talks and publications. He has co-organised the Italian Festival of Mathematical Games , created and directed the festival Science in Play, the Game Castle (annual festival of the Swiss Museum of Games) and the Mochalunt (Online World Championship of Abstract Games for National Teams, in which also Türkiye participates). He created over 10 science exhibitions, gave over 100 talks around the world and published several works, including his last book StrateMaths (October 2026). He is in Istanbul to participate in a meeting of the European project GameTable, in which he is developing a project with Turkish university professors about ancient mathematical games in Europe and the Ottoman Empire. He speaks over 10 languages, but unfortunately not Turkish.
